February 13th Part 1: Grants For Filmmakers, Small Businesses, and Nonfiction Writers
“If a window of opportunity appears, don’t pull down the shade.” – Tom Peters
Hey creators!
February is shaping up to be an outstanding month for funding opportunities. To avoid overwhelm, we’ve broken up this week’s newsletter into two, so expect Part II later this week.
Happy Black History Month!
Today we are sharing 23 opportunities up to $150,000. Free subscribers will have access to the first (6) awards.
Here's how to make the best use of this newsletter.
When you have a moment, browse through each award. Read the header of each grant. We add who this award is for when possible so you can quickly skim and pre-qualify.
Based on the descriptions, jot down the awards of interest. Note the deadline and plan to follow up to review the application thoroughly. Things to look out for include: how long the application is, what's required, and whether it’s realistic to submit before the deadline.
Our goal with this newsletter is to help creators uncover funding opportunities. There are billions of dollars available in grant funds to support small businesses, including creators!
If you value our research, find Grants For Creators resourceful, and want to see this project continue, join the newsletter for $5 per month or $60 per year. Thank you for your support.
Love our work, but now isn’t the right time to join as a paid subscriber? We understand — please forward this newsletter to (1) friend to help us spread the word.
Also, if there are any opportunities we should know about, please reply to our emails and let us know.
Be back in your inbox in a few days! — Danielle Desir Corbett

Episode 1 features Debbie Arcangeles, podcast coach and host of The Offbeat Life, a podcast about remote work, location independence, and travel.
In this episode, learn how to attract brands, land your first podcast sponsor, and how podcasting allowed Debbie to quit her nine-to-five job and pursue remote work and location independence.
